Minimum 2 year's work experience in a related field or job posting that involves administrative duties.
Good communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette Able to interact well in a team environment or training capacity Have a strong desire to learn and be able to follow policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain customer relationships through project, service and delivery management. Engage both new and existing customers to implement and review IT system projects and services as well as general customer service and managing technical staff scheduling.
2,500-4,000 SGD/month depending on skills and experience
